Opening and accessibility
TasteSILT is open year-round. Each concept has its own opening hours:
- Lounge Bar: Open continuously from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
- Casual Dining: Open from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM & from 6:00 PM to 9:00PM.
- Closed on Tuesday and Wednesday
- Reservation is recommended but not mandatory.
- Fine Dining: Permanently closed
TasteSILT is easily accessible by car and public transport. More information can be found here.
Yes, the restaurant is accessible for people with disabilities. Assistance dogs are allowed everywhere.
Dogs are welcome in the Lounge Bar and Casual Dining. Due to the direct connection to the kitchen, dogs are not allowed in the Fine Dining area.

Note:
- Sea view tables are popular. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee a table with a sea view.
- For groups of 8 or more, only the TasteSILT menu can be chosen. More info can be found in our Casual Dining section on the website.
You can change or cancel your table booking via the link in your confirmation email or by logging in with your Resengo account. Make sure to change or cancel the reservation no later than 24 hours in advance.

Menu
At TasteSILT, we strive to provide all our guests with a pleasant and safe dining experience. Please inform us of any allergies or food intolerances when making your reservation or upon arrival so we can take extra precautions.
While we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, our dishes may contain traces of allergens such as:
- Gluten-containing grains (wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt)

Yes, children are welcome in our restaurant. In Casual Dining, children up to 12 years old can get a child-friendly version of any dish on the menu. These portions are smaller and can be enjoyed at half price. For more information, please refer to the menu.
Gift vouchers and payment
You can purchase a gift voucher via Resengo. More information can be found on our website www.tastesilt.be. During opening hours, you can also purchase a gift voucher at the restaurant.

Overnight stays
Yes, you can book a room at the C-Hotel, which is located in the same building as our restaurant. Book your room via the C-Hotels website. We recommend booking your room as soon as you reserve a table with us. You can also enjoy the Middelkerke Casino or a Cabaret show inside the casino. The cabaret show will take place on Friday and Saturday.
